Customer service is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. All returns must be made within 14 days from the original delivery date.
Damage or defect is not a valid reason to return the product. If an item arrived damaged replacement will be sent out at no cost to you.

For return or exchange merchandise, please follow next steps:

  1. Please notify our customer service representative within 14 days after the delivery.
  2. Merchandise that has been assembled is not returnable. All merchandise must be in it's original new condition and in original package, all the parts and packaging materials should be included.
  3. Ship the item back to the warehouse. Contact our customer service representative for all the instructions and for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

As soon as we receive your return it will be ispected within 48 hours to process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus Restocking Fee of 20% , minus shipping or delivery charges for this order.

The original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Customer may cancel the order within the first 24 hours of placement, without any restocking fees or charge. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail.If order was shipped from our warehouse and order cancellation is requested, 20% re-stocking fee and return shipping fee will be applied.

Please note that the special orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Mattresses and rugs if unpacked, are not returnable.

It is customer's responsibility to measure their space and make sure that the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stair-cases and elevators. Customer takes full responsibility for ordering the correct configuration, size, material and color.
